Manager Enterprise Sales

Location: Bangalore or Chennai

Work Timing : As per Geography

Experience: 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent ShieldSquare and its offerings in prospect enterprises (Medium, Large & Named)
  • You will work in an allocated geography and its working hours with revenue targets. Travel to the geography as needed.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle starting from outbound lead generation to closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, product ecosystem, and competitive landscape
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts
  • Have an Account Based Sales plan to make in-roads and leverage the internal support to get sales closures.
  • Articulate the prospect requirements to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering support, Product Support, etc.,) and collaborate with them to get it delivered on-time.
  • Maintain a good CRM hygiene.
  • Be the prospect/client champion within ShieldSquare. Ensure customer success & delight.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Sales Person with 5+ years in IT/Technology sales
  • Experience in closing sales in US, EMEA geographies
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions
  • Should articulate Technology offerings in the simplest terms.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Fire in your belly to maximize revenue potential from respective geographies

Account Manager (US)

Location: San Francisco or Chicago (Preferred)

Educational Qualification: BS/MS/MBA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through new customer acquisition, meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, product ecosystem, and competitive landscape
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts
  • Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the Product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities
  • Partner with Service delivery and Customer Success team to provide new customers a seamless onboarding experience
  • Creatively identify and help drive new programs to improve the sales organization
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Oversee account management for closed accounts to seek additional revenue opportunities
  • Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling
  • Data Driven Decision Maker – You are an organized, data-driven and detail and goal oriented believer in building great sales systems and process, have strong business acumen, prioritize effectively, consistently make good decisions, and creatively solve complex problems. Thereby manage accurate pipeline and forecasts.
  • Customer Focused – You have a passion for service and satisfaction, are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers, act with customers in mind, and establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
  • Master Communicator – Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills are critical.
  • Collaborative – You have success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders like Product, Marketing, Service delivery team.
  • Personable – You are a high energy professional with a resiliently positive attitude and deep personal confidence that exudes a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members.
  • Technically Adept – You pick up on technical things quickly, enjoy learning new skills and knowledge, and are adept at staying ahead of the curve
